Claude just rolled out a feature called Reflect, and it is basically your Spotify Wrapped, but for your AI habits. It shows you when you lean on AI most, how many conversations you have had, and what you rely on it for. Here is how to turn it on and use those patterns to find the first thing you should automate.
Most people have no idea how much they actually use AI in a week. You open Claude to draft one email, and three hours later you have used it to plan your content, rewrite a proposal, talk through a pricing decision, and answer a question you could have Googled. That usage is data, and until now you never got to see it.
Reflect changes that. It is a new Claude feature that recognizes your habits over time and shows them back to you: your busiest hours, your total conversation count, and the work you spend the most time on. It even acts on what it sees. If it notices you solving the same problem again and again, it will suggest creating a Project to streamline it. If you have been glued to AI all day, it will nudge you toward a boundary with Quiet Hours.
To me this is not really about productivity. It is about spotting opportunities. Years ago Screen Time showed us where our attention was going. Reflect does the same thing for your workflow, and the things you repeat the most are almost always the first things worth turning into a system.
Reflect only works if Claude can remember your patterns over time, so Memory has to be on. Go to Settings, open Reflect, and make sure Memory is turned on. Once it is, Claude starts building the picture of how you actually use it.
Open Reflect and look at what it shows you: when you use Claude the most, how many conversations you have had, and what you spend the most time using AI for. Do not skim past this. The category you spend the most time on is the strongest signal of where AI is already carrying weight in your business.
This is the part most people miss. Reflect does not just report your habits, it recognizes them. If it notices you solving the same problem over and over, it will suggest creating a Project to streamline it. If it sees you using AI all day, it will recommend taking a break with Quiet Hours. Treat those suggestions as flags, not chores.
Find the single task Reflect shows you doing the most, and build it into a Project. A Project holds your instructions, your context, and your preferred format in one place, so you stop re-explaining the same thing every time you open a new chat. The tasks you repeat the most are the ones worth systemizing first, and Reflect just handed you the list.
If Reflect flags that you have been on AI all day, use Quiet Hours to draw a boundary. Working with intelligence does not mean being plugged in every waking minute. Set the window that protects your focus, and let the system respect it.
Reflect shows you the patterns. This is how you turn one of them into a system that actually saves you time. Start with three questions, then work the checklist.
Answer these honestly before you automate anything. The task that scores high on all three is the one to start with.
These are your volume tasks, the things you do every day or every week almost without thinking. Reflect already surfaced most of them for you, so start with the category it shows you spending the most time on.
If a task follows the same steps every time and does not need your unique take, it is a strong candidate to hand to AI. Protect the work only you can do, and systemize the rest.
Find the spots where you are the bottleneck or where work goes to die. A repeated task that is also a bottleneck is costing you more than time, and fixing it frees up the most.
Once you have your answers, work through this checklist to go from spotting the opportunity to running the system. Tick each box as you go.
In five minutes you went from guessing at your AI habits to seeing them, and you found your first automation candidate without doing any analysis yourself. That is the whole point of Reflect: it turns your patterns into a to-do list for what to systemize next.
The next step is taking that most-repeated task and building it into a real system that runs without you re-explaining it every time. That is exactly what we build inside Her AI Systems™.
Reflect is a Claude feature that works like Spotify Wrapped for your AI habits. It shows you when you use Claude the most, how many conversations you have had, and what you spend the most time using AI for.
Yes. Reflect relies on Memory to recognize your patterns over time. Go to Settings, open Reflect, and make sure Memory is turned on before you expect it to surface your habits.
Reflect flags the problems you solve over and over. The tasks you repeat the most are usually the first things worth turning into a system, so start there. When it notices a repeated problem, it will even suggest creating a Project to streamline it.
Quiet Hours is a boundary Reflect can recommend when it notices you have been using AI all day. It is an optional way to step back, similar to Screen Time limits on your phone.
