You already know what you want to say. The blank page is the only thing in the way. This prompt takes a voice memo, a rough idea, or a few sentences and turns it into a complete broadcast ready to send.
The emails that perform best are almost never the ones that took the longest to write. They are usually the ones that came out of a real thought, a real moment, a real observation from your own experience.
The problem is getting that raw idea into a polished email without losing the energy of the original thought in the process. By the time most founders sit down to write a proper email, the original spark is gone.
This prompt captures the spark while it is still alive. You speak your idea, paste the transcript, and get a ready-to-send email in your voice within a few minutes.
When an idea strikes, open your voice memo app and talk through it for two to five minutes. Do not try to make it perfect. Just say what is on your mind: what happened, what you learned, what you want to share, and why it matters to your audience. The more raw and real, the better the Claude output will be.
Use your transcription app to turn the audio into text. If you use Otter or a similar tool, the transcription is automatic. If you use Apple Voice Memos, copy the transcript to your clipboard. It does not need to be clean. Filler words and run-on sentences are fine.
Paste the prompt below into Claude along with your transcript.
Turn this voice memo transcript into a complete email broadcast for my Kit list. Keep my original voice and energy. Write a subject line, a preheader, and the full email body. End with a clear, single call to action. Here is the transcript: [paste your transcript here]
Claude will return a complete broadcast draft. Read it against your original memo and make sure the voice feels right. The main thing to watch for is any phrasing that sounds too polished or corporate. If it does not sound like you talking, replace that sentence with what you actually said in the memo.
Copy the email into a new Kit broadcast. Add your subscriber segment if you are targeting a specific group. Schedule it or send immediately. The whole process from idea to sent should take under 20 minutes once you are comfortable with it.
The fastest emails are the ones that start with something real. Build this into your weekly workflow and you will never stare at a blank page again. Record when inspired, draft in minutes, send with confidence.
